Hello, my name is Marla. For about 10 years I've had a positive ANA with the

centromere pattern. I have no symptoms but I started going to a rheumatologist

because I wanted to have my situation watched. A few days ago he tells me he

thinks I am developing CREST because of a couple red dots on my hands. I have no

other symptoms, I feel great. I have taken low dose naltrexone for about a year

and a half as a prophylactic, but now that the rheumatologist has spotted these

red dots, I'd like to step up the pre-emptive treatment. He said there is

nothing I can do and basically told me to wait to get sick. But I'd like to find

out more about this antibiotic treatment and whether I should be starting it at

this time when I am basically asymptomatic. I live in South Florida. Any doctor

referrals would be appreciated. The Dr who prescibes LDN is really too far away

for me to see regularly and besides, I don't think he does this treatment.
