Guest guest
, one more late one as I have been out of town. I am one of the Oldies going way back to the mid 90's and Lisbeth and I communicated a lot for several years. She was one of the most brave women I knew. I am sure some of you remember her going down into the hyperbaric oxygen tank. At that time, all they had introduced here for us being treated in Texas was the one which looked like a bullet which I crawled into ONLY because of Lisbeth. She was a trooper, willing to try anything in order to get well. And oh, did she love her family. I will always remember that. Give her family my condolences as she was so very special. Guest guest
Hi, This past October my husband and I travelled to Australia to visit our oldest son and on our way home we were to meet Lisbeth. I talked to her a couple of times on the phone prior to travelling to her place. She seemed okay and was looking forward to our meeting each other. When we arrived at her place there was no answer. We never did hook up. After returning home and reflecting on things, I have come to the conclusion that she may have been at home, but asleep (7pm). She was contending with depression at the time due to the surgery she had recently had. I tried many times the next day to reach her. I felt that since her cat was in the house that she must be home. I guess it just was not meant to be that we meet in person. She was such a generous email buddy. I will miss her many uplifting emails. She is now at peace. Guest guest
My modem stopped working so I could not get back online until the replacement arrived. I just wrote to Mark and now, here. I joined the list in 1996 and I do not recall if Lisbeth had already joined or did soon after I did. During the years she was subscribed, she greeted new members, answered questions, and encouraged people to continue to strive for health. She had a sense of humor, and she was a kind person. She and I continued to exchange emails. When she and Janene were in Riverside, I spoke with them twice plus Lisbeth and I spoke between New Zealand and North Carolina. While the information over the last couple of years was very sketchy, I was stunned to read Mark's email. I know that many people with miss her a great deal.
