You know Val, this might be what is hindering my improvement. I had

diverticulitis several years ago and had to have several feet of my

intestine removed 8 years ago. Obvioulsy, I no longer absorb normally and my

surgeon tells me the area he had to remove causes me to only absorb about

70%. Although I have never seen a real difference when I take, say, a

benedryl, still knocks me out...lol.. I really wonder if my body hinders my

absorption of h/c & armour. I do however take armour sublingually and take a

lot of natural vitamins to try to compensate. Hmmm... you always get me

thinking...thanks friend,
