Guest guest
Hi I had this about a month ago and there was nothing wrong with me either. But my lymph glands were painful. Went to the doc (he does not know I am on t3) three times in one week. He gave me antibiotics even though he could not find anything. But he want to be on the safe side because I have a kidney transplant. Did not take the antibiotics realised I was not taking enough t3 upped my dose problem solved. Sky To: RT3_T3 Sent: Fri, 5 March, 2010 11:49:34 PMSubject: Swollen lymphs--not sick, what could this be? My new primary doctor told me that my lymph glands in my neck were a little swollen. She asked if I had a cold, nope, stomach flu, nope, nothing I told her.She pressed my face and asked if there was pain, nope. In fact, I told her since I started on thyroid and adrenal over 12 months ago I have not had a cold or any virus at all.So why would my lymph glands be a little swollen according to her? Is there something that would cause that related to thyroid/adrenal?
Guest guest
I have the same issue guys.Form a week ago I felt a very painful nod in my neck.I sow my doctor on Wednesday and after he examine dme he said a have many more aorund the neck.He is doing soem blood test, which he did not discused with me but I did a search for the test and is for lupus.I hoep there will be nothing positive,I will be crashed physicly and psychologicly if that turns out to be the case. Can that has somethin gto do with being on a high dose of HC 35mg for a 7 months. He said my immune system is very supressed. I wish ,I could raise my T3 but I can't tolerate more then that and I can't resolve this mistery, and is holding me so much back. Guest guest
I always thought it was low thyroid. I started to get swollen lymph nodes after a thyroid biopsy. I was put on antibiotics too, didn't help. Another retard doctor said it was just scare tissue from having strep--I've never had strep! The immune system is trying to work over time and that is why the lymph nodes are swollen.

Guest guest
Sounds plausible. I'm not going to worry then for now. > > I always thought it was low thyroid.
