Guest guest
Ellen, RA is said to be associated with symmetrical pain, but that pain is never identical on both sides of the body. The stronger pain will tend to mask the weaker pain. Inflammation in only one joint may indicate what doctors call joint injury, such as a meniscal tear in one knee only. Such injury can come from age, not just from an accident.
