Hello , regarding too much vs. not enough HC - have you had your Cortisol Binding Globulin (CBG) tested? I have read that a high CBG "binds" some of the HC we take into an inactive form, meaning that my own high CBG means I need to take more HC than most folks.

I am trying to judge proper HC dosing by temperature. I understand that if my temp drops after I take my T3, I need more HC. But my temp drops all the time...it is not always clear why (96.6 at the moment). My own HC management is a work in progress, that's for sure.

You have a lot to deal with there. I wish you improving health.
