Guest guest
My temp this morning was 98 and at mid-afternoon it was 99.2. Should there be this much variation? There is this much fluctuation on a day to day basis as well. Does this mean I need more Isocort? I am currently taking 11 tablets (5,4,1,1). Should I stop taking Cytomel until my adrenals stabilize? Thanks!
Guest guest
During each ONE day this variation is NORMAL. For instance I have usually got 98.2 as a basal temp then by 9am I will be 98.4 theh by pmoon 98.6 then by evening 99. These are PERFECT temps that average 98.6. You do nto use the basal in the average, but the ones taken once I have been up three hours and thne in another three hours and agian in evening are used for a daily average. That average shoudl be within .2 of a degree from one day to the next. That is stable temps. Guest guest
Well my daily averages have been 98.8, 99.2, and 98.6. So I would assume this would mean I need more Isocort. Is that right? > > During each ONE day this variation is NORMAL. For instance I have > usually got 98.2 as a basal temp then by 9am I will be 98.4 theh by > pmoon 98.6 then by evening 99.
