Guest guest
Rainbow, I'm glad to hear you are making progress.Aslo you are lucky your iron is rising from taking the supplements. It feels so nice when you get better after working on something and turns out you are on the right truck.Keep going the same way,I'm happy for you. Milena > > After being in the upper 90's/lower 100's for almost a month, my pulse is finally going back down! It was 91 on Saturday, 93 yesterday and 87 today. Woohoo! I can't be certain, but I'm almost sure it has to do with me supping iron again, since my blood levels were so low. Hopefully this trend will continue and I'll be able to raise Cynomel again soon. Feeling pretty hypo/gross today. Guest guest
Glad to hear of your progress! I'm facing a similar situation with iron panel numbers along the same line as you. How long did it take to see the improvement and can you remind me what dose of iron you are taking? Guest guest
Thanks all!! > How long did it take to see the improvement and > can you remind me what dose of iron you are taking? I've only been supping iron for 2 weeks at this point, so I'm surprised I'm seeing any results. I thought it would take much longer to feel anything. Today has been a very hypo day though, so I think I'll go ahead and add another 6.25mcg of Cynomel and see if I can handle it. I'm taking about 200mg of iron total, coming from ferrous sulfate, ferrous gluconate and chelated iron bisglycinate in 3 divided doses (1 hour after breakfast, 1 hour after lunch and at bedtime). I just ordered lactoferrin, devil's claw, l-histidine, l-lysine, ferrous fumarate iron, and liquid liver extract to go along with those three types I already have. Surely all of this together will bring my iron up quickly! Or so I hope ~Rainbow~ 30 year old Female 5'6 " 136lbs Dx: Hashi's, AF, Wheat Sensitivity Rx/OTC: Cynomel 56.25mcg, HC 27.5mg, Florinef 1tab, Potassium 90mEq, Sea Salt 3/4tsp My Log and Labs: http://tinyurl.com/pvgjmb My Blog: http://hyporainbow.wordpress.com
