Thank you. That reassures me. My husband was getting worried about my high pulse. I think the main problem is that I am too bl**dy fat actually!

Optimsal pulse is oprobably 80's to 90's if not in great shape . quite easily except that I have a slight breathlessness.

I had that breathlessness on exertion for years, going up 3 flights of

stairs would leave me panting.

This has cleared since I have been on T3 only, my stamina for light

exercise is a lot better
