Guest guest
Does anyone know if it is true that a magnesium deficiency can cause vertigo and or migraine headaches? Thank you again, Joy
Guest guest
Since I had mercury and lead poisoning I had my son tested for heavy metals and other nutrients using a blood test from Doctors Data. It required that he take a rather large dose of DMSA and collect his urine for 24 hours. Fortunately he did not have heavy metal toxicity but he did have magnesium deficiency inspite of taking a calcium/magnesium supplement. We added 100mg of magnesium glycinate twice daily to his supplement regimen and he has had fewer headaches since then. Kelley
Guest guest
Miranda, You can google Magnesium deficiency and come up with a lot of info and symptoms of it. I take 250mg several times a week. As for other supplements to take for it, I do not know. I am sure someone here will have that info for you. To much magnesium can give you diarrhea which is why I take it only several times a week rather than everyday. Venizia - In hypothyroidism , " Thats for you to find out!!!!!!!!!!!! Guest guest
As you probably read in Roni's post, she takes more than I do. So if you wanted to try taking all of the 400mg tablet, see how you do. For me 250 everyday is too much for you it may be fine.
