Is corn flakes an okay cereal?

Here are the ingredients listed on my corn flakes box. Are these

okay? Degermed yellow corn meal, sugar, salt, malt extract (and some

different vitamins and minerals). Thanks. Also can you tell me if

cocoa made by the " dutched process " is generally okay?

malt extract is from barley usually and a not gfcf.
