Guest guest
Count me in on the Excercise part, but not the protein, they don't want me on protein yet because of the higher unnecessary calories right now. But im in on the Exercise Wooohoooo Molly pre-op 315/150 > > > Good day everyone, > > I am starting an official train to pull out on Monday, anyone who needs to jump on to get back on track and kick start losing again, please come aboard. > > A protein and exercise train is where you drink protein shakes, have small amounts of protein food, and drink lots of water. Guest guest
Count me in, Shauna! I've been doing really good with the protein, but not so good with exercise. And as the weight comes off, I'm going all jiggly hehe. Speaking of which, does anyone have guestimates on what reconstructive surgery is going to cost? I know I'll need to have my stomach done and a breast lift/augmentation... and probably my arms, unless they firm up with exercise... and my inner thighs. My insurance probably won't touch any of it, but I saw that Capital One offers surgery financing. Anyway, just wondering if anyone has gone down that road or is planning to and how much I might be looking at... Have a great day, Susie > > > Good day everyone, > > I am starting an official train to pull out on Monday, anyone who needs to jump on to get back on track and kick start losing again, please come aboard. > > A protein and exercise train is where you drink protein shakes, have small amounts of protein food, and drink lots of water. Guest guest
Add me to it. I'm going to start an aquatic arthritis class this Monday and need to keep my protein focus as well. I'll be two months out this week and have lost around 40 lbs, and am down 90 since July 05. I wanna keep it going! I signed up for the Y's FitStart program, where a personal trainer meets with you 4 times over a 12 week period but they haven't gotten back to me yet on it. It's been a week since I called, so I'm going to try to see if I can keep up with the bluehairs in the arthritis water class until they get me started. LOL I've got to get started sometime and what better time than now!
