Nick and Val

I have been on cytomel/cynomel for 5 months now. I feel a lot better than I used

to but haven't " gone hyper " . I started off slow and got up to 75 mcg about 5

weeks ago, when my FT3 was 4.21 (2.4-4.2), ferritin 138. Temps were stable at

98.

Val, at that point you suggested raising T3. I have now been at 125 mcg for 8

days. When I increase, my temps go up for a day (the highest I've gotten was an

avg of 98.3 for one day), then tank for a day or two or three to around 97.6,

then go back to around 98. My pulse has gradually increased from 70s to 90. I

have days when I have a lot of energy and days when I am exhausted. I am on 42.5

HC and 12 tab FC.

What next?

No I haven't, but I will. I'll cut 2.5 from my 3:30 dose (right now).
