Guest guest
I had the high pulse problem; mine was caused by low sodium, see Nick's web page http://thyroid-rt3.com/electrol.htm I followed the instructions there, drank a large glass of water with 1 teaspoon celtic gray salt dissolved in it and in 35 minutes my pulse had dropped from over 100 to 84. This may or may not be what's going on with you, but I thought I would share my experience. > > Hi Val, > > I just had labs done and they are not back yet. I will post once I get them back. But, just this week I started having problems with a slightly higher pulse and jittery feeling. I'm trying to figure out if this is too much adrenal support causing a thyroid dump or if I'm on too much T3. In the morning my basals are fairly decent, vary from 97.7-98.2. I take my first dose of Cytomel and my temps fall. If I then take 1-2 Isocort to help the adrenals out then I get the jittery and higher pulse feeling like the T3 is dumping a bit. What does this sound like it could be?? I know that my adrenals from the last saliva tests showed I was starting to heal and that I had a good rythym but I'm not sure if I'm taking too much T3 or possibly still on too much Isocort/adrenal support. > > Thanks, > >
Guest guest
Thanks Margery. My sodium levels have always been good. I think it is the adjustment thing again. I can't wait until my labs are in. I think that will give me some answers. Thanks for helping though, it's appreciated. Sounds like you might need more adrenal support but less T3 first. Try dropping the T3 a bit and then taking the isocort Nick -- for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to www.thyroid-rt3.com
