Hi ,

It is interesting what you posted, as I do not do well at all on HC.

I am low in adrenals, and am waiting on results. Only Medrol pack and

Prednisone help me.

I am to the point were I am blessed to make it downstairs most days to have

a meal.

Last year at this time I was at least able to get out two hours for a day or

two to run errands

Etc..Hopefully I will be able to find a doctor that can treat adrenals and

help me to figure out why

In the world I am getting worse.
