Do you mean the sinuses are swollen since going down on the HC?

I think cortisol controls inflammation so it would make sense that while the

body adjusts your sinuses might have inflammation. I have the same thing. I am

hoping ti goes away. I don't think it is a T3 thing.

For me enough T3 is what helped my sinuses clear, probably not until I got up to

75 mcg though...

My sinuses have been awful the last few days. I just started the HC about 2 weeks ago, but the last 3 days my sinuses are really irritated and when my sinuses bother me, it makes my ears/jaw ache a bit, too. I hope it doesn't last too long.

In a word yes, low levels of HC can cause allergy effects to become

visible

The strange thing is I don't have other low HC symptoms like the shakiness during the day, I wake up shaky though because the HC doesn't last long enough.  I did go down off the HC slowly, but maybe I should increase the HC again then?

If I do increase, by how much would you suggest?Currently taking7am    - 5mg10am  - 2.51pm    - 2.54pm    - 2.5bed     - 5   (was 2.5, I just increased it)

I am not an adrenal person, you are better off taking it to the

adrenal group which reopens Sunday morning.

I am pretty familear with RT3 and know when an issue is adrenal but

not the ideal solution to it.

Val may jump in here and help if she's around but it's her week off

oh right, sorry Nick forgot where I was :-) Do you think I should adjust T3 with regards to inflamed sinuses?  Increase or decrease?

I don't think they influence T3 dosing, Val may be able to help more
