Guest guest
Does anyone have any " tasty " recipes for including uncooked cornstarch into something palatable for a child who eats orally? This would be for a bedtime " snack " to keep the blood sugar up during the night. Thanks! Dena

Guest guest
We used tapioca and had a little better luck with it, with one of my girls, when corn starch didn't seem to be enough. You do the same thing with it, and make sure that it is not cooked. We mixed it in lyte yogurt, and sugar free pudding. Jeannine

DeeDee >> He wasn't sure, but I received an email from the USDA researcher I wrote after reading about his research in this area, and he referred me to a company here in Washington who supposedly has commercial products/information regarding rice starch/hypoglycemia. I'm going to call the company on Monday and I'll write an email to the group about what I find out. Dena
