Thank you Ethel.  I also thing that this approach to illness, pain and

disease is the body  warning us to make a change.  I think the body can heal

itself if we stop sabotaging it.  I am going to order the book thru Amazon.

just been released nationwide and is now available through book stores, health

food stores and on the web nation wide. This would include Amazon.com and

and Nobles.com and stores. I am deeply touched that the reception the book has

received so far has been overwhelmingly positive. I am now more convinced than

ever that people are ready to take matters into their own hands to get

themselves back on track if they are in failing health or want to stay healthy.

There is simply no other choice for us but to take charge of our lives and by

extention our health at this point with our health care system teetering on the

edge of collapse. We do that first and foremost by gaining an understanding of

what is responsible for the rapidly expanding and spreading epidemics of chronic
