TSH = 0.48 (up from 0.01 on 1/9/10)

FT3 = 1.4 (range 2.4-4.2) (on 1/9 it was 3.6)

RT3 = <25 (90-350) -- this value was 304 on 1/9/10, same lab

T4 = 2.69 (range 4.60-12.00)

T3 uptake = .67 (range 0.76-1.25)

These is no way to get a ratio from these readings. Suffice it to say your RT3

si gone from the blood, which is STEP ONE in clearing it. Hooray you have a

doctor that is willing to go along which is the best you can hope for as there

are so very few doctors that truly understand Rt3 issues, Endo's included. Yiur

Rising TSH means your body is not only able to use the thyroid better but is

wanting MORE of it so an increase in meds is exactly what yu need. but I would

NOT double it all at once. I would go with a 12.5mcg increase, thne in 5 days

another and hold at 75 til you get to 10 weeksionto T3 treatment,. YThen you can

raise more if temps and pulse indicate you are still hypo. Around 12 weeks you

shiuld FEEL the Rt3 leaving the receptors. It clears the blood long before it

actually clears the receptors so don;t stop now just because blood levels are

great.
