Guest guest
thanks to everyone who responded to my zinc question. now, i have another thing to worry about. my dexa scan results say i have the spine of a 57 year old, and thigh bone of 35. i am 32, so the thigh density is not bad, but the spine sounds scary! my ob/gyn says it is not bad enough to require treatment, but i should be sure to take my calcium and get another scan in two years. i am wondering if taking calcium can increase my bone density at this age, or just stop the losses? is there anything else i can do? I don't drink soda or coffee btw. Lynn
