Guest guest
The active ingredients: Phosphatidyl Serine, B1, B2, Valerian, Lemon Balm, Milk Thistle, Polygala Tenuifolia, Hazel Bud Extract, Lime Tree Bud Extract, Juniper Bud Extract, St. 's Thistle, Co-Q 10, St. 's Wort, Bitter Cucumber, Magnesium Phosphate, Marking Nut, German Chamomile, Elm, Gorse, Olive, Red Chestnut, Vervain, Impatiens, Pituitary, Adrenal, Thyroid. So, if one benefits so much from it, you think the cortisol levels are high? I have Adrenal Exhaustion, imbalanced thyroid (w/noduals) and imbalanced female hormones. I also have Anxiety and have had panic attacks, the first brought on by an overdose of AT for 4 days (pharmacist put in 30 mg. tabs instead of 15mg. tabs.) So, I'm a mess and now working with a doc (not alternative nor naturopath) and a lis. nutritionalist w/ medical training. She's the one that suggested the Adrenal Calm. I hope this is helpful.
