Guest guest
My last FT3 test showed 431, with a top range of 420 and my temps were showing me pretty optimized. I might have needed to be just a tad higher to be fully optimized. I'm currently taking 50mcg of the generic T3 and feel stable. ka > > Hi all, > > I am hoping to get some feedback on how your Ft3 tests came back. I know Val is near 600. My last test was 513 or something like that. I am interested in people who are doing well and feel optimized. I see my doctor next week so this would be helpful to me. Thanks so much!!! > > Venizia >
Guest guest
Thank you . You have no hypo symptoms at this level? What about weight gain or loss?VeniziaSubject: Re: interested in others Ft3 test resultsTo: RT3_T3 Date: Friday, March 5, 2010, 10:36 AM My last FT3 test showed 431, with a top range of 420 and my temps were showing me pretty optimized. Guest guest
Well, I can't say that I'm completely where I want to be, but I don't think it's because I'm still hypo. I still have inner ear problems which wear me down and make me more tired than I should be and still haven't found the cause for that. When I was last taking my temps, they were averaging around 98.6, so I think I'm finally stable on the T3. I'm also still taking 27.5mg of HC, so my adrenals are still needing some support. Hopefully, I'll be able to wean off that before too long. But I'm feeling much better than I have in several years. As for weight, I'm not in terribly bad shape there, but I would like to lose about 15-20 lbs. I've put that much on over the past 3-4 yrs or so and I can't expect it to go overnight, especially when I still haven't been up for much exercise. Hope that helps, ka > > > Subject: Re: interested in others Ft3 test results > To: RT3_T3 > Date: Friday, March 5, 2010, 10:36 AM > > My last FT3 test showed 431, with a top range of 420 and my temps were showing me pretty optimized.
