Guest guest
Did someone call my name? I thought I heard it rustling in the WIND. :-) , what shirt did you wear? I think I must have missed something on that. And now a bit about bruising: OK, Peeps, I'll bet you'll have the same conclusion that I came up with, but let's see..... my knees and shins were badly bruised the morning after I spent the night in a tent. I looked down at my legs and freaked out, but I guess it was a small price to pay for not having a soft bed. :-D Is bruising for " us " normal, or is bruising while having fun in a tent normal? Hmmmm, I wonder what Judy was doing?!!! Judy in the Windy City << Subject: Re: Windude and other windy info OMG!, like You needed to be telling that to Judy. Sheesh. You two will just make trouble together! Hey, I am wearing my Vitalady shirt in public today and it was great fun. I saw people read it and wonder what the heck it meant! LOL! Guest guest
Dear DL lin: I am a bit under two years post op, not at goal yet. My skin is retracting in some areas and hanging worse in others. As for going under the knife again I don't know why someone would unless necessary and not elective. Here is the kicker. Is it not a necessary surgery rather than elective when one cannot live with the sight of their body? Isn't that the point where there is no choice but to have surgery? Dunno, just a thought. I have not gotten to that part yet. I am still tryinjg to get rid of the next 80 lbs without gaining at this point. Joyce Joyce Blavat, L.C.S.W. Guest guest
Bruising is normal when participating a new or long unused activity. Tent or no tent. How's that for clean & tidy?
