Also about basal temp, I wake up at different times everyday, does that matter?

Hello,I have a couple of questions about the basal temperature reading.Does it matter if we've taken our thyroid med yet (T3 or armour)? 

Should the reading be before taking it or it does it mater because it doesn't kick in right away?
