I did this blood test on my own, thru a lab in Germany. I showed it to Hertoghe, and he reacted to it. He only did serum electrolytes + RBC Magnesium. My serum sodium was a little low on the test in Belgium, but it's always fine when I test it here.I will follow all orders for sure. I just hope I didn't mess anything up, like, bringing my own sample results from a German lab and.. Like he gave me something I shouldn't have or something. Buuut my mind is always like that. Always doubting. Man I gotta get back to everything he said soon! Just gotta catch my brath first. I am still a mess after this trip. The only thing I am worried about now is going down from 50 to 30 mg HC in just 1 day.

So wean down if you feel happier doing that???

Yeah I'll do that.. If it makes me happier.. Hehe, I just learned on HERE that you MUST ween down if you stress dose with 10-20 mg doses of HC for more than 3 days that's all. I've taken 40 mg today. 50 yesterday. So maybe 45 today then?

I was told 2.5 mg every 5-7 days.
