Do bioidentical hormones stress adrenals?

I'm stage 6 or 7 adrenal fatigue and am taking bioidentical hormones

(biest, progesterone, testosterone)... just wondering if they are

causing any added stress on my adrenals. I also take Cytomel and HC

and had been feeling OK for a couple of weeks, but now my adrenals are

acting up... near constant adrenal-based back pain. Too much Cytomel

(75 mcg.)? Not enough HC (25 mg.)? Bioidenticals messing with

everything? I've not had any added stress beyond a cold that is now

gone and for which I stress dosed.
