Yes T3 pools in the blood whn ferritin is low. It cannto be utilized

correctly so it sits there cause adrenal stress. This is why I do nto

push riasing T3 too fast whne people are trying ot also raise ferritin.

Ferritin is always slower to come up so the two have to be juggled

carefully to gether raising both as oyur body tolerate. Too much T3 when

low in ferritin WILL cause extreme adrenal stres and anxiety symptoms;.

Rhodiola is one of the best ones for adrenal support of the herbals from

what I have seen. Also if oyur BP is low, you could add in some Licorice

root in the AM which not only helps cortiosl levels but also helps

aldosterone a bit with some mineralcorticoid effects too.

This is most likely caused byu your low ferritin. the T3 that cannto be

used properly due to low ferritin causes adrenal stress, BUT T4 causes

more RT3 which also increases adrenal stress, so you are better off on a

VERY lwo T3 dose until your ferritin starts to come up.
