Guest guest
>and so it puts his blood pressure up until he takes more t3. He blood pressure at midday is 126/80 pulse 67. His bp this morning was 150/80 pulse 58 one hr later after taking half a t3 128/74 pulse 58. So its seems that it has nothing to do with his pulse. Its looks like his body does not like doing without t3. I realise he is hypo according his pulses and we are working on that. Sounds like he's very hypo in the mornings. Is he taking a bed time dose of T3?? Nick
Guest guest
>My sister woke up this morning and her pulse was 68 and temp 36.6. That was without taking anything since 3.00 pm the previous day. Her temp has never been that high in the morning. I told her to cut her t3 dose in half so she will be taking 1 3/4 tabs spread out across the day. Her throat is much better today. She actually told me that she had felt a lump in her throat and it has gone down alot over night so maybe it was her thyroid being hyper. Sounds like she's improving, just a matter of finding the new dose now You still need to watch pulse just in case it was a throat infection raising temperature. Guest guest
NEVER change a dosing on ONE reading, be it pulse or BP. They vary! It is overall averages you need to use for both. My Bp averges 127/77 but I can have individual BP as high as 150/90 and low as 106/60, it is the average that matters. ANY stress will raise BO just thinking abotu going to work raises mine. Days I am home and do nto have to go anywhere are my lowest BP days. Pulse is the same way. When I get ready to do cat meds my pulse rises. when I am totaly relaxes it falls. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
>He is taking 12.5 4 times a day. Then at night he takes a whole tab. I am thinking of adding half a tab during the night. How's his pulse rate? Remind me how long he has been on T3? Nick
Guest guest
Hi I realised after writing down that temp it was a bit high for a basal temp. But I could not get in contact with her. By the time I made contact she already had taken 1 1/4 tabs her pulse was over 100 again and the lump in her throat was back and hurting again. So tomorrow if the temp is still high I am just going to tell her to take a quarter of a tab in the morning and see what her afternoon pulse and temps are and go from there. I also am doing the t3 only along with my sister. I was wondering why my clearance had not happened. Need not to wonder anymore. It happened today. I had a shocking headache all day just thought it was high bp that I sometimes get. Did not even think about clearance because my temps were still low yesterday. Finally took my temp and pulse at 6.00pm. It was 37.1 and 116. BP was fine. I have never had a temp close to that. Another 2 days and it will be 12 weeks. Guest guest
Hi He has been on it for 6 weeks. His pulse rate can get up to 75 during the day. But it is still under 60 in the mornings. I have ordered a saliva test from sabre sciences to rule out or in adrenal problems. Sounds a plan, as long as ferritin and Cortisol are in place he can increase again by the looks of pulse and temperature. He's at the stage where T4 reserves/conversion are falling away well and he may benefit from more T3. Nick
