Guest guest
I saw Dr Peatfield on Tuesday. What a relief it is to be in the hands of someone who actually knows what he's doing. One of the things he did was to take my BP sitting & then again standing up - and it dropped 20 points. Anyway, I was on 22.5mg HC/day & he put me up straight away to 30mg (but said I may need more). Based on my last experience of trying to switch to Armour, I'm in no rush to do it again; I want to get my adrenals strong enough first. But here's the thing, I'm now in the stage in my cycle where I can't really rely on my temps to tell me what my adrenals are doing. It will be a couple of weeks before I can use that method again. So I was wondering whether I can use Raglan's Sign instead to check the state of my adrenals. Do people in our position, supplementing their fatigued adrenals with HC, ever stop showing the BP drop? WOuld you trust this one measurement to tell me when I might be able to risk switching to Armour? Grateful as ever for your help, Rosie/
