Nigari as source for Magnesium

As anybody used Nigari flakes, bought here: www.naturalimportcompany.com , as a

source of magnesium?

Someone on another list swears by it:

" I have taken many forms of magnesium for many years now and oral ingestion of

magnesium cannot touch this. "

He uses about a cup in his hot bath water and soaks for 20 minutes.

I didn't see nigari flakes listed on the link you gave. They probably work

but that seems like an expensive way to get magnesium chloride when you can

probably get it in bulk from a chemistry site.
