Guest guest
Ros, Your body was not made to handle repeated stress without eventually causing problems. I don't know the cause of your stress but you must get a handle on it. Also, any 'baggage " past or present must be dealt with before you can expect to get well. If it involves relationships with others, you have no choice but to forgive. Yes, it's hard - you have to want to, but God's grace is there to help you. If you don't forgive, neither are you forgiven. Science is just now beginning to realize the importance of dealing with past 'baggage' in order to overcome sickness and disease. 80% of immune function takes place in the intestinal tract, and as long as that is out of balance, you never fully reach a long lasting remission. You build up the immune system with proper diet, detoxification and appropriate supplements. Detoxification is repeated over and over again until the system is working properly again. A course of metronidazol might be something to consider to knock down the overload of organism until your immune system is strong enough to keep them in check. Make sure you are drinking adequate amounts of water and that your bowels are emptying out daily. You didn't say whether you were on the Minocin yet or not. As for the clindamycin, if it is determined that would help, you can take it orally. I think it comes in 150 mg. capsules. It is usually prescribed to take 1200 mg. all at one time once a week. Whatever course you decide to follow, don't forget the probiotics and gut health supplements - olive leaf extract, l. glutamine and slippery elm. Another idea - if you know somebody with an electromagnetic frequency device, have them run the frequencies as many days as necessary for the organisms that cause your disease. Guest guest
Hi Ethel Thanks for replying and for your sensible tips, especially on forgiveness. I heartily agree. I've been on an alkaline diet and minocycline since 2006 with varying levels of success. I'm pretty good with the diet, but not perfect. My stress was because my sweet little dog became very ill with Cushings disease and the for last few months of her life I had to give her very intensive care. She died in June. A few weeks after that one of my best friends suddenly died though she'd been ill for five years with a rare form of myositis. She took minocycline too but the illness was relentless and she developed pneumonia and in two days was dead. It was a release for her I think but very sad for all her family and friends. I'll take on your advice about detoxing my bowel. There are good products out there I think. I can't do a colonic but enemas would be feasible. It occurred to me that at the same time as my dog died I was bitten by grass ticks three times in six weeks. Each time the allergic reaction was more severe and the welt from the last one covered my entire stomach. This may have contributed to the flare. The chemist just said to take antihistamines. We supposedly don't have Lyme disease in Australia but I've joined the aussielyme group to see what their protocol is. Meanwhile, I've changed to 200mg MWF and will speak to my doc about metronidazole, oral clindamycine and about the grass ticks. I'm still taking 1 to 3 mgs of prednisolone tablets daily but will stop them as soon as I can. Thanks, Ros
