vitamin d - doxy - and bioidentical hormones

I have watched my Vitamin D fall - when I was really sick I was taking

200,000 per month - I am back up there again

Doxy is free in Florida - I am taking Doxy -

Bioidentical hormones - Lindsey and I have the same Doctor. I am

convinced that for me, in my particular situation, it was the inability

to get the right balance of estrogen, progesterone and testosterone that

led to my illness. I was absolutely positively perfect before. And, I

found one article that supported that. I was taking prescription HRT -

So my blood work showed that I had no hormones - hello ;-) - All my

doctors have been willing to offer them back to me - I am taking

prescription HRT again - one natural and the other a patch - I do

believe that my estrogen levels are increasing - I absolutely refused to

take the bioidentical - so we compromised with the patch - I couldn't

stand all the creme and for me, it was awlful

so that's my two cents -

When does the bloat go away???????\
