Guest guest
I just wanted to add a comment about cancer surviors. There are a couple groups I have listed on the letter I sent that consist of people like yourself who survived cancer and more importantly survived the treatment. You may want to start a chapter in Africa because it provides ways to get the knowledge out and provides a platform for you. Just a thought. Guest guest
Hi everyone! Just a few words about Colostrum. Not all Colostrum is Colostrum. A Whey product is not 100% colostrum. Colostrum is indeed a much needed part of our recovery protocol, but those taking a whey product are not getting the benefits of true colostrum. I invite all of you to email me for the last 2 issue of Fibro-Care that I publish every 2 weeks online. The last two issues are all about Colostrum and offers a lot of information on it, and links for you to visit. I have also developed a Colostrum list for a dozen or more of us that are taking the 100% colostrum to share our questions, testimonies, etc. If you are interested, I can also send you the phone number of the twice weekly calls we have available to Dr. Frazier, so that you may ask any questions you may have. Fibromyalgia and CFS, MPS, and MS is always discussed on the call. I believe that Colostrum will have immediate and direct effects on many of our Fibro symptoms. It is the #1 line of defense in repairing Leaky Gut Syndrome, which is the norm for anyone with ANY auto immune disorders. Please email me at: FMSfighter@... for more information! Guest guest
Hi Nevil, I have CFIDS/Fibro/MCS & live alone. I manage by lowering my cleaniliness standards etc. I also try to take advantage of the times I feel better to shop in bulk & freeze food. I use paper plates to cut down on dishes. I hire someone to shop or clean once in a while If I can find someone or afford someone. I have an electric scooter which helps to shop & do errands in the neighborhood in the summer when I am too weak to stand in line or walk far. I just try to prioritize & organize as much as I can to make efficient use of my limited energy. I have learned to let go of a lot of things & to be really flexible. I have alternatel lists of things I can do depending on my level of energy. If you have any more specific questions let me know. cbuf

Guest guest
Steve, I now see the urgency. Give your wife a watermelon meal to start a cleanse. Get her in 3 week clinic immediately if not sooner: call 800-993-4325 San Diego for quicker recovery. Or in Austin 512-303-4817 sister clinic. Or Robbins M.D. 918-488-0444 tell receptionist I told you to call (at the Robbins clinic{one week program}). Personally I think Cheryl needs at least the three week. Jesus Christ loves you both. Guest guest
Thanks Melinda for your info on EVP3. Per their website, a patient should start using EVP3 after their last chemo session. My wife Cheryl is having Chemo treatments indefinitely, Topotecan is a non-toxin, and no-one really knows how many sessions she can take. Anyone else use Topotecan before? If so we are interested in how this treatment reacted with you. Steve
Guest guest
Actually, if you e-mail them with what chemo or radiation the person is taking, everyone is different. I know others start using it " before " they start treatment. So, if it looks like a product that might be helpful for people who are in chemo or radiation and want to " help " save the hair, they can e-mail or call them for specific instructions. Guest guest
Yea for Christie! My prayers are with you and satan is a liar and gets no glory even for the stealing, destroying and killing he does. He is a jerk and I am praying a hedge of protection around Christie and her family and that she will have victory even more quickly. Withdrawal can be eliminated by detox and an increase in nutrients. Dr. Gerson took in heroin addicts who got on his cancer therapy and they did not even have a headache. I believe the withdrawal pains come from the body screaming for nutrients for the cells to do their job. The drug robs the body of so much and that is what causes the dependency. This website is by a lady who was on CBN (700 club) and she helps alcoholics get off alcohol without experiencing the DTs. Check out her program and diet. Also you may want to check out the webpage with the halleujah diet. God is good and always there. Keep praying and believing Christie. Feel tired but I do not dare let it take me over, as Satan I feel will be winning and do want to give him the benefit!!!!!! Have slept the past 2 nights well, and without the nighttime antidepressant. Still taking the Prozac In the a.m. until I can get to the store to purchase the items I need to help alleviate the withdrawal symptoms. I am down to 1 Xanax per evening which was 3 per day. I still have to take extra strength p.m. pain reliever & sleep aid for headache for withdrawal of the antidepressant - Pamelor. I want to go cold turkey & tried but had chills and nausea from withdrawal and will do so when I can get to store to buy items you and my sister have suggested. My sister is going to bring me a herbal detox book for me to read. Now, is Steve from the Healers Touch? I will write to him to get more information. I just wanted to make sure I had the right person with the right address. I am interested in the ellagic acid and where this can be purchased as I would like my husband to take this also. Still no word on colonoscopy and surgery for skin cancer April 14. I really appreciate all you have sent me and now paying close attention to different things. Yesterday I did 3 loads of laundry, fix meat /potato pie & green bean casserole for supper and baked a cake for dessert. Where as last week I was lucky to put something in microwave. Today I am cleaning house and making beef and noodles with mashed potatoes for supper. It is like I can actually think again and I am not so scatter brain. I can see the relief in my husband's face saying " I may be getting my wife back again " . & are still in amazement. My next goal is start driving again. Hopefully the end of this month or starting next month. I have so many things I want to start doing again. Taking walks as such but know I can't just jump in full force. I am even typing as I was in 1998 with good speed and able to catch my mistakes. Where as before I was very slow. My mother-in -law came over yesterday & could not believe what she saw. She stated I could smell your cooking all the way outside!! Was amazed at how much better I looked and how I was getting around. I know you are probably tired of hearing this but I am just so excited. I do not take things for granted anymore especially when you have been thinking " Is my life over!!!! Guest guest
lmao...who's bum is bleeding? ....interesting string going here....sorry...i'm just getting into it....Hi Aisha...here's some info....strange that this would be the topic this week....I had them last week..I got them years ago when my first born was born and didnt have trouble since...but I slacked off on taking my fiber drink last week which contains both soluble and insoluble fiber...so my body decided to fight me too...this is gros...as well..I had pain and bright red blood ...mine was visible...since I knew what it was I treated myself////I don't recommend that you do that though. I decided that if it wasn't better by this Monday as well..i would go to the dr. too...but what I did worked. Want to hear what I did????lol..it's kinda gros too...A nobel prize winning Dr.told me about it....i let a few others try it before...I did to be sure it worked because it did seem gros....Gwydion....cover your eyes...lol...I took extra vitamin C, proflavanol and extra e....then this was the drs. advice before...make a suppository out of a piece of potato...yes potato....put vit e on it and insert...it has healing properties of some sort..i just did it once and took the other stuff for a few days and \I'm back to my fiber drink...better again!!!no more bleeding or pain....they say you can also add acidophillus (friendly bacteria to that suppository too..i did that as well).Remember dont try this at home...I did it because I know what it is for sure...and if I didnt I would go straight to the dr. Aisha...your diet sounds yucky....must bore you to bits????no wonder you have chocy breakdowns? can you eat more foods with fiber? Sheena:) Hemorrhoids (Piles)Symptoms * Pain is usually the most obvious sign of hemorrhoids, but they can also bleed or protrude outwards from the body. Hemorrhoids develop when the veins of the anus become sluggish, swollen or inflamed. Hemorrhoids do not always produce symptoms, but when they are painful they can be excruciating, since this anal area is well supplied with nerves. If the veins become sluggish, lumps of tissue may appear outside the anus. This is most common after a bowel movement, and in some cases the lump needs to be pushed back inside. Any bleeding should be investigated to rule out more serious illnesses, Causes Hemorrhoids are caused by a weakness in the venous (vein) system. *Constipation adds pressure on the hemorrhoidal plexus venous system; a low-fiber, high-sugar diet and poor liquid intake therefore creates problems. *Obesity and *pregnancy also put extra strain on the venous system, and sometimes cause hemorrhoids to appear, especially if other predisposing factors exist. A sedentary lifestyle and lack of exercise, or standing or sitting for long periods of rime, allow the veins to become more sluggish and increase pressure in the hemorrdoidal area. Nutrition Hemorrhoids result from consuming refined foods without roughage or fiber. To prevent and treat hemorrhoids, a complete change from eating packaged foods to fresh whole foods is needed. Eat small meals of whole grains, fruits and vegetables, which provide plenty of fiber, taken with a generous quantity of liquid. Instead of white bread and rolls for breakfast, eat rolled oats as porridge or prepared in a Swiss-style muesli, soaked overnight and then combined with natural, plain yogurt, grated apple or other fruit, chopped or ground nuts and milk for a nutrient-rich breakfast. Add raw wheat germ to the muesli for vitamin E, which improves blood *circulation and helps prevent the formation of dangerous blood clots in the veins. (Aisha...that's why it's important to see a Dr. because of the blood clots) Eat at least one salad of raw vegetables daily. Dark green, leafy vegetables, especially alfalfa sprouts and kale, help relieve bleeding hemorrhoids. They also provide vitamin K, which is needed for blood clotting and to prevent internal bleeding. Cultured milk products such as natural, unsweetened yogurt and kefir ensure adequate absorption of vitamin K. Broccoli, cabbage, carrots and green beans are particularly rich in fiber. Apples and pears contain pectin, a beneficial, water-soluble fiber. Bioflavonoids found in citrus fruits and berries strengthen capillaries. Drink mineral water and herbal teas often to encourage soft stools and regular bowel movements. Avoid constipating foods such as red wine, chocolate, cola, cocoa and black tea. A tablespoon of flax seed oil or psyllium seeds with water before each meaL will help promote soft feces combat constipation. Nutrititional Supplements Hemorrhoids are a problem of the venous system. To strengthen blood-vessel walls, vitamin C and bioflavonods are recommended. Bioflavonoids strengthen capillaries and are also one of the many nutrients which help lessen the effects of food allergies and inflammation of and kind. Vitamins A and E support healing of the mucous membranes. Vitamin E helps to keep tissues elastic and helps resolve blood clots. B6 is helpful for *pregnant women suffering from hemorrhoids, as this vitamin is often deficient during pregnancy. Itchiness from hemorrhoids is usually caused by yeast or candida/fungal overgrowth and their mycotoxins. A daily supplement of a good Lactobacillus acidophilus supplement helps crowd out the fungi and eventually the itching stops. Lactobacillus acidophilus can also be inserted rectally for healing. tips...apply cool compresses of witch hazel to shrink blood vessels -exercise to promote circualtion -avoid sitting for prolonged periods -cool sitz baths for 3-5 min ...or use ice in a cloth -elevate your feet to take pressure off the veins -vitamin e can be applied externally to relieve the pain...natural vit E is best form sheena:) healthyu2000@...
