Sorry to butt in. Don't know how accurate this is. My endodontist

has a 'digital' X-ray, which uses a fraction (suppossedly) of the

radiation. You pay WAY more to see this guy to do your root canal

but this was the sell point for me as with root canals, usually

several Xs are needed. He also used the 'bib' as a matter of fact.
