Maybe it depends what stage of adrenal fatigue we are in - if one of the early stages, where cortisol is elevated, then reducing cortisol production seems like a good idea. I realize this is one theory of why to take HC, but aren't there additional things to take?<< Because most adrenal fatigue is nto caught until the cortils is too low. If we were able to know about it and treat the HIGH cortisl early stages, then lowering cortils is needed to stop the progression, btu almost everyne here already has low cortisol so lowering it further could kill us. HC is tqaken to replace what our bodies can;t make, and to rest the adrenals. but mainly to replae the missing hormone that is necessary for life. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
