Hi ,

It is much cheaper to use the 3% hydrogen peroxide.

I just go to my drug store and purchase the epsom salts and the 3% peroxide.

It is a good idea to just use 1 bottle of the peroxide the first time you do

this as using the 3 bottles all at once can cause a herx reaction.

Next bath use 2 of the peroxide, and so on.

It works great as a detox.

hi carol

i was told not to use the 3% h peroxide bottles from phrarmacy as they

are not food grade and therefore full of chemicals. don't want my body

soaking those up. i thought this therapy was supposed to help soothe a herx?
