Guest guest
following the meds w/ special treats works for my guy: soy pudding cups, a whole can of soda all to himself (i have 5 monsters all together--i mean the cookie monster kind, now), good ol' semi-sweet chocolate chips. And of course there's always having one of my teenagers hold him while i squeeze his nose...just kidding!! i looked for me cornbread stuffing recipe, but all i could find was a cornbread cassarole recipe: 4-6 servings 1 15oz can of drained whole kernel corn 1 15oz can of cream-style corn (my understanding from the Celiac Sprue Assoc. is the food starch doesn't contain gluten) 1 pkg. (8 1/2 oz) corn bread/muffin mix (that would be enough for 6 muffins or an 8 " sq pan; when a mix is in the ingredient list i just use the dry ingredients from my favorite gfcf recipe with approx. same measurements and add 1/3 c oil to the recipe) 1 egg 2 T safe marg., melted 1/4 t garlic powder and 1/4 t paprika In lg bowl, combine all. Pour into greased 11 " x7 " baking dish. bake, uncovered, at 400* for 25 min or til top & edges are golden brown. oh, well, it's 'corny', anyway. i just luv this list!! is stevia a safe sweetner for those w/ yeast problems? katm0mdu
