Guest guest
>As I've just started on T3 a little over a week ago, I'd like some good guidance on increasing it reasonably. Have a read of this one http://thyroid-rt3.com/dosing.htm Feel free to ask questions as much as you need to Nick -- for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to www.thyroid-rt3.com
Guest guest
Thanks Nick and . I’ll try a 5 mcg dose right at bedtime and see how I do. I was a bit confused by the article you suggested I read about dosing. It’s late, we just got home and I’ll try to absorb it tomorrow. Thanks for sending it though! Guest guest
I did take a 5 mcg dose right at bedtime last night and slept well. Thanks again for the link to further info. I have charted my temps over the last 5 weeks (as per Dr. P's instructions - 3 days a week) and find that initially they were all over the place in wild fluctuations (between 35.2 & 36.9 while I was on Naturethroid the first 4 weeks). With stopping Naturethroid and starting to take T3 last week (beginning 1 March) they have shown a better stablisation and less range. For this week they are from 35.9 to 36.4, staying at 36.4 for the last 3 measurements. I have also noticed some nice benefits: lessening of shoulder/neck pain (I've lived with this for about 25 years), reduction and almost disappearance of heel and sole pain, clearing of allergies when T3 is in my body, and clearing of the brain fog and feeling of not seeing well. I'm eager to begin to see more benefits as I increase it over the next weeks. Deborah > > Thanks Nick and .
