I just want to share my experience with yeast.

For 20 years I suffered with vaginal yeast infections 3-4 times a

year. About 5 years ago my husband & I decided to change our diet to

a low carb lifestyle. We gave up most processed foods, flour, sugar

etc. We have stayed with this diet throughout the past 5 years or so

& I have not had another yeast infection through out that time.
