Hungry. Might be some adrenaline around, generally pulse and temperature look good > >Did the addition of the 4mcg make my heart pound? >I am drinking sea salt h2o right now... See how it goes for the salt water, if need be back off for a day or two and try again. For me a " hard pulse " was an RT3 thing, my pulse is a lot softer now the RT3 has cleared Nick -- for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to www.thyroid-rt3.com
Guest guest
Nick- I had added an additional Isocort in my routine today as I have been going through some stress.. Salt water didn't do anything but taste good. I will not increase T3 for few days. Does anyone else feel like a science project? > > >Pulse is 80 (usually 65-70'ish). Salt water didn't do anything but taste good. Tasting good is probably an indicator that you need more sodium > >I will not increase T3 for few days. Does anyone else feel like a science project? It's a balancing act, and a good test as to whether you can read your body. I had been dosing Natural Thyroid by symptoms for 10 years before I started T3 so had a reasonable starting point. I didn't expect T3 to be slower acting than natural but it is, I was feeling a kick from the T2 in the natural I think because I was strongly resistant to the T3.
