The NascarbChallenge saved me. Wow Dianne! Look at you go! I think I need to drop the Atkins bars,

they don't kick me out of ketosis, but I could have ate more veggies

instead. I think I will walk more than 20 minutes also, but that is what

I do when I don't feel like walking to town & back.
