need some clarification on these. from rheumatic. org:

**Oxidative therapy may be useful in reducing these symptoms. Garth

Nicholson, M.D., director of The Institute for Molecular Medicine in

Huntington Beach, California recommends peroxide baths (four 16 oz.

bottles of 3% hydrogen peroxide in 20 inch bath or Jacuzzi, with 2 cups

of Epsom salt. Patients soak in hot water plus the Epsom salt for five

minutes until pores are open, then add the peroxide solution. This

should be repeated three times a week at bedtime. No vitamins should be

taken 8 hours before bath. The peroxide can also be directly applied to

the skin after a hot shower/tub. The peroxide should be left on for 5

minutes and then washed off.

so i need to put 3/4 c of 35% food grade h peroxide into 2 L water to

make 2 L 3% h peroxide. from the website admin. it may be useful to put

this info on there as it is confusing to say 4 16 oz bottles instead of

just 2 L. and the only food grade h peroxide i can find is 35% so

wouldn't it be better to list the amt of 35% one needs - 3/4 c instead

of the amt of 3%?

i am wondering can i just put 3/4 c 35% h peroxide into tub after i soak

5 mins with the 2 c epsom salts? or do i need to put the 3/4 c 35% h

peroxide into 2 L of water and then into tub?

i don't have a water filter on my tub so is it ok to do this bath in

tap water?

also can i use epsom salts bought from any drug store for this or do i

need the food grade epsom salts one uses to do liver flush?

thanks

monique
