Guest guest
I get cramps in calves and curled toes any time I take calcium without magnesium. Need magnesium citrate. Avoid mag oxide. Guest guest
Hi Amy, I use to suffer from really severe muscle cramps too. The occurred anywhere in my body - day and night! There was nights where I were lucky if I had an hours sleep. After numerous useless doctors and specialists and dealing with some really nasty side-effects I chucked all their mere away and have finally resolved my muscle cramps. I drink 500mg Calcium Carbonate in the more and evening with 5000iu vitamin D3 on both occasions In the morning I have 400mg Magnesium Citrate 400mg Vitamin E in the morning With this - and I can't stress this enough - I drink between 4-5 liters of water during the day. It is very important that you continuously drink water during the day. If you start drinking water to late in the day you'll suffer from cramps at night. It's changed my life!! Stay very far away from quinine. I've read a recent publication which indicates very bad long term effects on the body from it. Happy to make it available it you're interested. Hope you feel better soon. Gerhard On 2 Jun 2010, at 22:53, Amy and Jay Willis <tknbychance26@...> wrote: I'm having a bad day!!!
