Guest guest
ok, you can tell I'm really busy at work today! 1. sour cream is better than mayo and higher in fat soluble vitamins 2. salsa is better than ketchup and less sugary 3. you can saute a corn tortilla in lard until it gets all nice crispy, but all you can do for a bun is toast it. 4. you can make tacos out of leftover chicken meat from making stock, or ground beef, or just about anything that's handy 5. corn tortillas are tastier than properly fermented wholegrain buns 6. guacamole, one of the few vegetable fats that tastes good, goes well with tacos. Although now that I think about it, it goes also well with burgers. 7. tacos make better leftovers - you can reheat the ground beef and melt the cheese by folding them in the tortilla while you saute. 8. I haven't made cortido yet, but I'll bet that would go well with tacos 9. tacos are better for people watching their carbs
