NYC doctors? antibiotic therapy?

hi

does anyone know a really good rheumatologist or infectious disease doctor in

the NYC area whos experienced with antibiotic therapy for autoimmune diseases?

ive been going to tons of supposedly excellent doctors (found using the castle

connolly guide) but i still dont have a firm diagnosis and symptoms are starting

to get really serious. i suspect something infectious is going on because id

been on and off antibiotics for a long time and some of them seemed to have

helped. now im getting serious finger, hand, elbow, toe, foot, knee and neck

burning pains and i cant deal with this much longer. ANAs are elevated (1:160,

speckled, homogenous). vitamin D is low. i think thats about all my labs show.
