Hi ,

It's unfortunate that you had such a bad experience.... I hope you were unable

to undo some of the damage. Being the wimp that I am, I didn't last very long

on metho, which meant less damage to my body. Some people have told me that the

DMARDs like Metho stopped joint damage, and the drug had no effects on them. I

have no quibble with them if they are happy on metho, but I feel they should

take into consideration that stopping joint damage is not the " be all and end

all " of life. Joints can be replaced. Also, what about damage to vital organs,

bone marrow and DNA ? All those things happen at a deeper unseen and unfelt

level. Apart from the horrible side effects of metho, I feel strongly that my

body doesn't need poisons to get well again. Even tho antibiotics is a type of

poison too, at least it's the lesser of two evils.
