new Federal Food Safety Regulation

I heard from a friend that there will be a new Federal Food

Safety Regulation called the Five Bar System that will take

effect in 2004, whereby anyone selling food products to the

public must pass this " Five Bar " bacterial guideline. In other

words, they are going to drown out all " real " food sales. They

want Everything to be eradiated!

We have not been able to find anything about this - and thought

maybe someone here might be able to help do some research to find

out anything on it.

Has anyone heard of this?
