Just an FYI because of my posts about Astaxanthin.

Zeaxanthin is so much like the other one I got a little confused.

Astaxanthin I read recently is for muscle and joint aches. Zeanthin is for

the eyes BUT a lot of people on Astaxan have found it works for both! Now

that I have confused all of you too I just want to say I am sorry for the

possible mixup.

I will copy some if I can. They come from QVC viewers.Vicki the one you bot

is great. The other one is just for keeping the eyes healthy. I think you

will do better on this one if it works for you and you know I am definitely

in your corner! Hugs!!

thanks cooky. i read the article and it just mentioned dryness though it was

along with other symptoms that regular poeple get too on a minimal scale that

dont have auto immune caused severe dry eyes. I still will take it because it

shouldnt hurt and I did buy it. Are you taking both? Which do you think has

helped with your dryness and how much has it helped? How long did it take?

Thanks cooky!

Vicki there were probably 100 other people who talked about this but I only

sent a few pages. Did you notice they even had less pain- muscle and joint?

I'm not sure what helped my eyes. I do know my hubby stained wood again this

past week and my eyes were OK. I even had a plug put in my tear duct (doc

would only put one in at a time.jerk) and both eyes had less tears out in

the morning. I do know he suggested washing my eye lids with baby

shampoo(watered down) and my eyes were more irritated after that.

Vicki I do have sympathy and empathy for your situation and I will keep

trying to find things for you.
