Hi Val,

We had pretty much figured that I needed Florinef because of my low BPs. But

they are slightly higher since Cortef.

today:

sit: 113/74 - 108

stand 117/77 - 120

Yesterday, I tried to go to 22.5mg Cortef and this morning I woke up with THE

worst backache, both sides. Does this mean that 20mg is my HC limit? My temps

are still all over the place. The high HR is after 1/2 tsp of Celtic Sea Salt

water.

Any other suggestions for getting my pulse down?

There are some varied opinions abotu this out there in info land. I have read

some sit4es that say some of aldosterone producti0n is influenced by ACTH and

can actually go down on higher HC dosing. Other say it is not influenced by ACTH

at all. I tend to think ACTH does have some influence or correcting cortisl

deficiency in some other way affects or makes low aldosterone surface. Possiboy

low cortiosl masks it.
