Swollen lymphs--not sick, what could this be?

My new primary doctor told me that my lymph glands in my neck were a little

swollen. She asked if I had a cold, nope, stomach flu, nope, nothing I told her.

She pressed my face and asked if there was pain, nope. In fact, I told her since

I started on thyroid and adrenal over 12 months ago I have not had a cold or any

virus at all.

So why would my lymph glands be a little swollen according to her? Is there

something that would cause that related to thyroid/adrenal?
